For over 20 years, our founders worked across clinical and technical roles within the cardiac monitoring space. We saw a shift—away from patient care and toward corporate control.

When Medicare’s rules changed to require 24/7 attended monitoring, Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTFs) stepped in and took over. Physicians lost revenue, lost visibility, and ultimately, lost ownership of care.
